ViticultureCultivated on clay-limestone soils, the vines are planted at a density of 4,200 plants/ha. This terroir favours the development of top quality grapes, allowing the full expression of each variety.
HarvestThe harvest takes place between the end of August and mid-October, with careful hand-picking, ensuring that each grape variety is picked at its peak of ripeness.
VinificationAfter destemming the grapes, pre-fermentation maceration was carried out at low temperatures for 24 hours to extract the most delicate aromas. Fermentation took place in 10,000 litre vats, with strict temperature control, not exceeding 28ºC. After fermentation, the wine underwent a prolonged maceration (cuvaison) of 15 days and was then aged in French and American oak barrels for 8 months, adding complexity and depth to the wine's profile.
FlavourIntense and captivating, with notes of ripe red fruit such as cherry and raspberry, interspersed with floral nuances and a touch of spice. The oak ageing brings elegant notes of vanilla and chocolate, creating a perfect harmony between fruit and wood.
TasteOn the palate, it reveals impressive complexity, with concentrated flavours of plum, blackberry and a hint of pepper. The tannins are ripe and well integrated, giving a silky texture. The balanced acidity provides freshness, culminating in an immersive tasting experience.
