Vinification: Separate harvesting of each grape variety, destemming, heat shock, pressing, decanting of the must, inoculation with selected yeasts, fermentation at controlled temperatures in stainless steel vats.
Colour: Citrus fruit
Flavour: Very aromatic with notes of citrus and tropical fruit.
Palate: On the palate it's very balanced, fruity, intense, fresh and persistent
End of race: The tasting ends with a pleasant, fresh finish
Harmonisation: Goes very well with light and healthy food, as well as fish and seafood dishes
