Each grape variety is harvested separately, destemmed, crushed, alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats and small marble lagares with controlled temperatures, pressed, followed by malolactic fermentation in stainless steel vats. Internship: The wine was aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, during which time only one racking took place and immediately after the malolactic process, the final blend was formed.
