    Volume: 14,0% Soils: Clay and schist Vinification: The grapes, previously destemmed, underwent pre-fermentation maceration at low temperatures for 24 hours. The alcoholic fermentation took place in stainless steel vats with temperature control, not exceeding 27ºC, for 12 days. Ageing for four months in French and American oak barrels Colour: Ruby Flavour: This wine has a deep violet colour with good concentration on the nose. Rich in aroma, with notes of ripe black fruit well combined with floral notes. Palate: The palate is very fruity and well-structured, revealing an excellent balance between tannins and acidity End of race: Long and elegant finish Harmonisation: It goes well with red meat dishes such as veal, grilled picanha or lamb. It also goes well with lasagne with lots of cheese Capacity: 750ml

The pressing cycles are long with low pressures, allowing careful extractions for a rich must. Decanting is shorter than usual, which helps maintain the complexity of the medium. Fermentation takes place in new 550-litre French oak barrels in a temperature-controlled cellar at 18ºC InternshipsThe wine is aged in French oak barrels for about 6 months on the lees, accompanied by batonnage, to integrate the wood and the wine, increasing its creaminess and depth. After filling, it remained in the bottle for 6 months, during which time it underwent controlled maturation to promote the characteristic complexity of this wine Flavour: On the nose we can sense a very intense and complex aroma, with white fruits such as melon and apple and some vegetal notes of green shrubs standing out Taste: In the mouth, it reveals great balance and harmony and good volume, with fruity and mineral flavours once again present End of race: The finish is long and balanced HarmonisationPerfect for celebrating life. Each grape variety is harvested separately, destemmed, crushed, alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats and small marble lagares with controlled temperatures, pressed, followed by malolactic fermentation in stainless steel vats.  Internship: The wine was aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, during which time only one racking took place and immediately after the malolactic process, the final blend was formed.
