How long does it take to deliver?
The delivery time depends on the method you choose when finalising your purchase. Below you will find a detailed explanation of the conditions of each method, always taking into account orders placed on working days up to 15.00. Mainland Portugal:
Normal delivery: You will receive your wines between 3 and 5 working days after receiving your order. The delivery time will depend on the carrier.
When your parcel is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number in your inbox with the most up-to-date information about the delivery.
Portuguese Islands:
Standard: Delivery in 5-10 working days after dispatch. Subject to confirmation in the Portuguese Islands, delivery time may be up to 10 working days.
European Union:
Standard: Delivery in 3-10 working days after dispatch, in the main European cities.
How do I know my parcel will be delivered?
With any delivery method, we will send you an email informing you that your order has been dispatched, containing the tracking number, which you can use to follow the status of the shipment on our carriers' website.
International:
You will receive an email informing you of the dispatch of your order, as well as the tracking number, which you can use to follow the status of the shipment on our carriers' website.
All orders will only be dispatched after confirmation of collection.
What happens if nobody receives the parcel?
Our couriers will contact you or the recipient of the delivery to arrange a new delivery attempt.
